Sales Executive

As a Sales Executive you will be responsible for targeting and developing new business prospects and accounts, selling solutions that help clients meet their short-term and long-term business objectives, and meeting Fidelis' strategic business goals. 

Key Responsibilities

  • Execute company sales strategies  
  • Identify, research and prioritize target accounts
  • Complete account plans and needs assessments
  • Determine engagement methodology and approach to customer
  • Prospect for profitable new business opportunities
  • Develop customer relationships with key decision makers
  • Utilize consultative selling techniques that apply solutions across full suite of product offerings
  • Track activities in the company’s CRM tools
  • Meet or exceed goals and metrics

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent years of combined education and experience
  • 3 to 5 years of general business experience
  • Minimum of 2 years experience selling and/or delivering IT services
  • Experience selling outsourced and/or project solutions is a plus
  • Proven ability to focus on customer and employee satisfaction
  • Proven ability to motivate and lead by example
  • Proven ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Proven ability to use personal computers
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong presentation skills

Systems Engineer

The Systems Engineer position is responsible for the primary support of client networks and infrastructure. This position exists to bridge the gap between Field Engineer and Senior Systems Engineer.

A Systems Engineer exhibits a high level of technical knowledge and is able to apply to customer’s technical issues and problems. Systems Engineers are responsible to also to effectively research and design technical solutions for customer opportunities.

  • Provide internal consulting for customer solutions
  • Provide assistance for other technical staff

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree and 2 years of field experience
  • MCSE Certification
  • A+ Certification
  • Good communication skills
  • Self-motivated
  • Problem solving skills

Field Technician

The Field Technician is responsible for fixing broken equipment/down hardware.

Field Technicians are required to respond to service calls at customer sites, troubleshoot and repair problems independently, complete necessary paperwork and to participate in available training to advance their skills.

  • Pursue personal technical education
