Fidelis is a managed services provider, offering comprehensive services from simple IT infrastructure monitoring to complete outsourced IT solutions. Our goal with Fidelis is to bring the level of process and discipline that we employed in large companies to small and mid-size market space. We deliver greater value for less cost by standardizing processes and managing engagements like an enterprise IT organization. However, our approach is designed to be lean and aggressive to scale services for affordability in even the small to medium business sector.

Mark is an expert in global cross platform systems design with fifteen years of industry experience ranging from small companies to major corporations and the defense and intelligence community. He has an extensive background in multi-platform enterprise architecture, high performance computing, security, distributed networks and storage area networks. He specialized in complex architecture projects such as solution implementations or IT consolidations. His speaking experience spans from technical training to formal presentations and keynote speeches. His technical certifications include: MCSE, MCT, CSNA, CSA and CNE.

Mark has assisted corporations and law enforcement agencies in computer security and criminal investigations. He has spoken internationally on computer security and performed investigations, including assisting the Fort Worth Police Department in the high profile "netpics.com" case. He is a secure member in good standing of the FBI InfraGard program. He received training from the National Security Agency in their INFOSEC Assessment Methodology (IAM). He has performed numerous "Red Team" security assessments for financial institutions and e-commerce companies.

For several years, Mark found it fun and exiting to travel around the country working on large IT projects for major corporations.  However, he missed Texas and has decided to focus his talents on the small to medium businesses in the Dallas / Fort Worth area.  He finds this market to be much more dynamic and personal. Bringing with him enterprise-level support experience and process, Mark thrives on implementing IT solutions for small businesses.  Working with smaller companies has allowed him to enjoy ongoing personal relationships with his customers and business partners.
